We want your order in your hands (and your bodysuit on your body) as fast as possible. Here's exactly how shipping works.
Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it leaves our hands.
Orders placed after [2:00 PM ET] or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates start counting from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Estimates are provided by our carriers and aren't guaranteed — weather, holidays, and carrier delays can push things back.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and the email you checked out with.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to reflect the first scan — if it looks stalled right after shipping, give it a day before reaching out.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. [International shipping to Canada / worldwide coming soon — remove this line if not applicable.]
Shipping address changes
We start processing fast, so we can only change a shipping address within 1 hour of ordering. Contact us immediately at [support email] with your order number if something needs to change — after that window, we can't guarantee we can catch it before it ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your building's front desk first — packages are occasionally logged early. If it's genuinely missing, damaged, or significantly delayed, email [rickycostybusiness@gmail.com] within [14 days] of the delivery date and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. We're not able to control carrier handling, but we'll always make it right on our end.
Multiple items, multiple boxes
If your order includes items shipping from different locations, you may receive more than one package. You won't pay extra shipping for this — it's just how we get things to you faster.
