We stand by the fit. If it's not right, we'll make it right — no guilt trip, no runaround.
The forever promise: 30 days, no questions
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange anything that isn't a perfect fit. Try it on, live in it for a bit, decide for real — not just in the fitting room.
What qualifies
- Item is unworn beyond trying it on, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, or self-tanner marks
- Original tags and hygienic liner (if applicable) are still attached
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking
Shapewear is a close-contact garment, so for hygiene reasons, items without the liner/tag intact can't be accepted back into inventory — we'll let you know at the return step if that's the case.
What doesn't qualify
- Final sale / clearance items (marked at checkout and on the product page)
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to start a return
- Go to our Returns page and enter your order number and email.
- Choose return for refund or exchange for a different size/color.
- Print the prepaid label we email you, or use QR code drop-off if available in your area.
- Pack it up and drop it off — no box required, any sturdy bag works.
Refunds
Once your return is scanned by the carrier, expect it processed within 3–5 business days of arriving at our facility. Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take an extra 3–7 business days to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
Original shipping fees aren't refunded, but return shipping is free on all US orders.
Exchanges
Need a different size instead? Choose exchange at the Returns page and we'll ship the new size out as soon as your return is scanned — you don't have to wait for the refund to process first.
Damaged or wrong item received
If something arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, skip the return process — email [rickycostybusiness@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away, no return shipping needed.
